Works excellent to easily tie professional FG knots. Just follow directions in box and video and knot will bite tightly to leader for a very smooth strong knot. In 10 minutes you will tie the best FG knots you have ever seen. Tied with 10, 30 and 50 braid with leaders from 20 to 100 EASILY. On the boat and with the wind should take a minute or two max. Clamps and tension work perfectly.

I call this tool my third hand. Most convenient for tying the FG as it holds tension on the lines freeing you up to make the wraps with ease. At $49.99 it’s $30 cheaper than it is on the Tauten website.
