Well no longer with Noctua. This is one of the quietest fans that I have used to date. Especially those smaller fans make a lot of noise. Besides that this fan has a great ball bearing, it also comes with rubber vibration cancellation connectors. These easy to use rubber connector are easy to place in your case, and even easier to thread through the fan to fasten them in place.
