A: Rinse the Thermosteel flask with cold water and then fill the flask with cold milk/ liquids. It will stay cold for a while 😃

Best hot water bottle. Bought 2nd one.Only one issue, previous bottle stopped working and could not keeping water hot for more than two hours. Product is a little sensitive and don't know if manufacturer can counter it.
