I would prime the surface first. **Q: How many of these do I need for four rims?** A: I got two 16" van rims coated with about 1 and a half coats out of one can of the black. It can out looking awesome. I did the other two in silver and it didn't look nearly as good. Black is where its at for spraying rims. If doing any color besides black use a deck of cards and jamb then in between rim and tire all the way around. But black sprayed on the sidewalls looks awesome. **Q: Can I use this for a airsoft gun** A: You can if you want to, but this paint is for metal. So if your airsoft gun is plastic, then I'd suggest you use a paint for plastic, like Krylon Plastic paint. **Q: How does this paint do on outside metal Railing...
