It "flies" with even the slightest bit of air/wind just walking with it on. My son LOVES it! It is not cheaply made and takes no effort at all for it to move in the wind or a light breeze. Highly satisfied and I do anticipate this getting a lot of wear! I have not experienced having to wash or spot clean it yet so I'm wondering how that will go when the time comes.
