My favorite
I couldn't find these pen needles for awhile and tried two other brands, which weren't nearly as easy to use as these. The tips are sharp and there's no pain using them for the most part, insulin injects well, and it's easy to put the needles on and take them off.A few were a little tight in the outer cap and I had to work a little harder to get the cap off after attaching the needle, but I'd rather have that problem than them falling off too quickly or not be a tight enough fit to get the needle off at all!And the price is superb!

Great pens at a good price.
Purchased a box of these needles for my Lantus poens and they work great. Work at least as well as the name brand needles that I had been buying and they are 1/3 rd of the price. Sharp and fit well, will continue to buy and use these pens.

Great quality, great value.
The 31 gauge needle leaves no marks. Half the time I can't even feel it. The other half it feels like a 1 or 1/2 on a pain scale of 1 to 10. They also cost about 1/2 of what my copay was for the brand my insurance covers. Great product!

Works well.
So far, so good. I just opened the first box of these needles and they work very well. No duds as I had with my previous brand that costs double because they make you buy their special container. Care Touch comes in a convenient sized box that fits in my cabinet easily. This will be the brand for us. Thanks.

Significant Savings for Insulin-dependent Diabetics
The manufacturers of diabetes supplies are making HUGE profits off sick people--but I don't want to rant. in 2018, my co-pay for a year's RX for these needles went up to $500 even with my good insurance. So finally occurred to me that I might be able to economize on my diabetes supplies by finding an over-the-counter source. These are 8 cents per needle (24 cents daily if taking 3 shots) as compared to what I was paying (42 cents per needle). These get the job done just fine. I've noted only one slight difference--the outer cap requires a harder tug to get off.

Great value
These are better than the BD pen needles, as they don't bend as often when inserting onto the pen, and much cheaper. Highly recommended for those paying out of pocket. Save yourself a few bucks. The only thing I don't like is the color of the plastic that covers the actual needle, as it's a little hard to see through if you're going to put the cover back on, but it's you're not supposed to do that anyway, so that's not a real issue. I think they are comparable to the Walmart Equate brand.

Unable to purchase item anymore!!!
Well all good things must come to an end. I had purchased this item several times this past year once my little boy was diagnosed with Diabetes Type 1.These needles are very thin and, honestly he did not feel the needle going in most of the time we injected him with Insulin. Also the Screw-on pen needle is so much better that the cap-on type needles since you feel the inside needle going into the Insulin Pen and there is no risk of falling off or mis-application.But now I found out that I need either a Business license or a Healthcare license in order to purchase the item...Frustrating!!! I have contacted customer service and offered to get a prescription from his Doctor, but to no avail, since now this product is not sellable to regular people...Of course the same needles will go on sale now from a Business seller at an inflated price and we will be left with an unreasonable increase in price because a "Health care Business" must sell the same item that the manufacturer was selling directly to end users (Patients).

A high quality and reasonably priced needle.
At $12 per 100 needles these are very economical for the quality of needle you receive. These needles screw onto an insulin or other injectable pen and have been very pain free since using them. I used to pay $9 over the counter for a 50 count of the Relion needles from Walmart and these are better with a preference for the screw on type over the pop on and off type.
