Review: I bought 2 sets of these flameless candles after researching and reading reviews for every such item I could and taking cost into consideration. Just finished testing each candle. First impression: Pros: I actually like the look of these straight out of the box They feel like a regular burning candle Price is very reasonable, especially when your going to need a ton of flameless candles Every candle worked Love having the remote as well as all the options on the remote. Seriously cool to be able to brighten or dim the lights Cons: (maybe) I'm not sure how I feel about the yellow tone of the original 'light' Unknown: How will timer will work How long batteries will last If that golden color will look better in a dimly lit environment Maximum distance for remote to work. I will try to remember to update after I've had them a bit longer. At this moment I am pretty impressed by these flameless candles. Update: Still a positive review! These worked perfectly for my event. Did have to get quite close with the remote to work. Still faster than turning on every candle. Timer function worked flawlessly. Batteries lasted the 2 entire evenings from 5 pm until 1 am unfortunately that's as far as we needed so I cannot comment on true longevity with daily use. These looked really pretty when on the tables. Perfect ambiance and the look I was hoping for.

**Q: How to set time they come on?**
A: You turn them on at the time you want them to come on at and then press the number of hours you want them on for. After that they will come on everyday at that time. Hope this helps!

**Q: What color is the flame/glow? I am looking for a warm white, not a yellow, gold, or orange glow.**
A: I think the picture is pretty accurate. While color is subjective I would call it a light yellow. Definitely not orange or gold.

**Q: Are these 3D bulb shaped wick or a flat thin wick, please?**
A: It’s a flat wick with a little curve to it that sits on a wire, so when it’s on it dances on that wire. Between the light and the fact that it dances, it’s very realistic. I’ve had people thinking that I have a real candle lit up.

**Q: Is the black flameless candles have a wax coating on the outside?**
A: The black candles have a waxy appearance that looks real. Exceeded my expectations. Remember to remove the plastic wrap to reveal the waxy exterior.
