## Features

- Material: Copper alloy; It is machined with very high precision and high quality.
- Copper has more than 3x the thermal conductivity of brass, and the copper alloy we use has been hardened and treated to reduce the oxidation that occurs in copper at high temperatures. The higher thermal conductivity will also slightly increase your heat-up times, and can provide tighter temperature control.
- This heater block is for OD 3mm cartridge temperature sensor
- This copper-alloy is very temperature resilient, and will not start to soften or anneal until way beyond 500°C, making it perfect for the high-temperature printing
- Just make sure your nozzle and HEAT BREAK front end are tight and sealed. Otherwise, the melted consumables will leak along the screw holes.

I saw another user comment that this part did not work with their Super Racer and just wanted to add my experience that this did work great for me with mine. I did also add a bimetal heat break, which as far as I understand things helps with the thermal runaway issue that person ran into.For Super Racer owners looking for an amazing upgrade - this block + silicone sock + bimetal heat break + a higher quality brass nozzle is a massive improvement especially for speed and larger nozzle sizes than .4mm.

Though it's a TIGHT fit in my "Flsun Super Racer", I have a feeling this fits perfectly on all machines it was intended for.If you change nozzles regularly it may wear down fairly fast, but in the last year I'm only on my second one, and the first wasn't even THAT badly worn.I had to replace my Flsun's original block because it was crooked straight from the factory, and again, while this is a little tight in the machine, it DOES work
