Try pills.... **Q: What are the ingredients ?** A: When you hold new bottle in your hand with label facing you, look on right side of bottle for little yellow tab "Pull Here", this will open the information regarding Active Ingredient, Allergy warning, Dosage directions, Other Information & Inactive Ingredients. When you have confirmed information, re-fold, then press yellow tab back into place. Note: Always check to make sure "Active Ingredient" has not changed. Most store brands have same ingredients as "Pepto", which changed with no warning. I had used "Pepto" for about 20 years, then had very bad reaction, was sick for 3 months with worse problems than I started with. My pharmacist told me about ingredient change.
