I am unsure how much of a difference there is though. **Q: I saw theres a warranty on the battery. Between the battery life and sturdiness, you can't beat it. It is built for all ages. The offroad tires are a great benefit. The speakers are loud and the lights are the talk of the town. Swagtron has an app that you can adjust the speed, sensitivity, and even set it up for beginners. The app also tracks battery life! The wifi speakers work very well. The biggest highlight is the LIfePo batteries. They have twice the amp hours as its competitors, which means longer ride time. My 7 and 11 year old use it with ease. I did a lot of shopping around and research before deciding on buying this particular hoverboard. I wanted something sturdy for my two teenagers and as soon as I took it out of the box could feel how stride it was. I will say it pretty heavy because of this (which is something i should have read in the description before buying) so I would recommend making sure the battery has a good charge before traveling too far from home. Although the battery has lasted a good amount of time for them so far, so it shouldn't be an issue. I just could see younger teens or kids struggling due to the weight, if it were to die and they had to try and carry it home.
