It’s an ideal size for Teochew style steamed whole pomfret, which must be served piping hot. Having two such woks, we could serve both at the same time for a large gathering.Purchased a third wok which arrived on Oct 8, 2022.Discovered that the integrated combination of the design of the lid of the wok pan — a solid stainless steel, deep dome shaped lid coupled with a light wok pan of coated cast aluminium — enables steamed fish to be cooked to perfection for it to be readily served piping hot from stove to table. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Pünklich angekommen.
