It works very well; easy to auto-tune, fits in your pocket easily and the battery easily lasts all day. The cheap supplied headphones got decent reception and provided reasonable sound quality (even over the sound of race cars) but you can use any 3.5mm headphones if you wish. It charges via USB-C so likely you can use your existing phone charger to charge it. Note it does auto-turn off after some time (I assume 90 minutes or so) but a single button turns it back on, returning to the previous saved/tuned station. Also note it seems to scan beyond the normal 88-108MHz range, so you might need to sift through a few dummy tuned stations of noise in the 60-70MHz range to get to the actual stations later, but it's no big deal. Overall recommended. But it is not good for battery when using in the charging. if you have any problems, please contact us at any time. **Q: Hello vite vt Radio 112 has the best reception of all radio for less than 23 dollars?** A: hi,Different people have the different idea for the same product, and in fact,as we all know:there are many factors of interfering reception:Summer lightning interference;computers, televisions, microwave ovens, telephone;the factory high-voltage power; Tram, motor vehicle;high-power radio waves interference: pager transmitters (BB machine);professional shortwave radio communications, wireless phone, power FM radio and television transmittersand how to search the better signal better?firstly, you could make sure time of transmission and the frequency of shortwave radiostretched antenna outdoor is better:Because shortwave length much shorter than other wave, thus building is a relatively large obstacles.so the signal strength will be weak indoors than outdoors, so the best way to listen to shortwave should be: extend antenna outdoor.if day time not good, try it night, maybe the SW reception is more better. And you can see review of Marianne Harper on June 23, 2016, J. DURHAM on October 1, 2016,and so on,Please buy it with confidence, and any reception problem, please email me freely.Angela **Q: How do you store presets?** A: Wait for 2 minutes, that long? That means I have to wait for 2 min before another station could be stored? **Q: How often do you need to charge the battery?** A: I charge my radio overnite (at least 5 hours). I then have it on continuously all day at work & traveling to & from work as well. I have found the battery to last about 13-14 hours when left on continuously after a full charge. This is with a single earpiece (just one ear type) connected to the radio. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great budget FM radio *by T***0 on 30 November 2025* Purchased this radio for use at motorsport events to listen to the local track radio. So far it's very loud and picks up a lot of stations. Very small and easy to set up. Sounds great. Finding out it seems to have a problem holding a full charge and charging to a full charge but will keep trying for a couple more days before I ask for a refund. ## Frequently Bought Together - Retekess V112 AM FM Radio Portable, Mini Radio with Earphone Pocket, Digital Tuning Rechargeable Battery LCD Display for Walking Jogging(Gold) - Personal AM/FM Pocket Radio Portable VR-robot, Mini Digital Tuning Walkman Radio, with Rechargeable Battery, Earphone, Lock Screen for Walk/Jogging/Gym/Camping Electronics - PRUNUS J-166 Portable Radio AM FM, Battery Operated Radio with Tuning Light, Back Clip, Excellent Reception, AM FM Radio Portable, Transistor Radio --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.hr/products/259922456-v-112-portable-am-fm-stereo-radio-with-earphones-pocket](https://www.desertcart.hr/products/259922456-v-112-portable-am-fm-stereo-radio-with-earphones-pocket) --- *Product available on Desertcart Croatia* *Store origin: HR* *Last updated: 2026-11-07*
