I haven't even used 1/8 of the bar yet and I've used it every week, two washes each week, for over 6 weeks now. I'm sure this will probably last me a year before I have to get another one. Now I use their shampoo bars every few days and the itchiness has almost entirely disappeared and the dandruff has significantly declined and it seems to get better with every use. My favorite bar so far is the ayurvedic shampoo bar.
