Turns out it was Amazon return. this was Amazon fault - Vaultek requires all Amazon returns to be sent back to them and not Amazon for restocking. (Which was not listed as a return.) issues with the locking setup. called Vaultek and they warrantee and sent out a new one from their store! Product showed up 3 days and work flawlessly - Great support by supplier - and thanks for the speed turn around. I leaving for hunt in 4 days and needed this vault for securing my gun and others. Yes I would buy this again and plan to buy one for a gift this xmass.
