Microfiber cloths are safe to use on windows, smooth and coarse surfaces as well as automotive finishes. All of our Microfiber Towels are constructed from woven 80% polyester / 20% polyamide blend microfiber. They are 300 GSM professional quality Microfiber Towels. The open spaces in the fibers created by the splitting process are what give the towels their ability to hold dust and dirt, as well as the ability to absorb liquid. The edges of the towels are sewn with over lock stitching which greatly increases the life of the towel. When cared for properly the 12"x 12" Microfiber Towels can last through hundreds of washing's. DO NOT use bleach when washing any Microfiber Towels. This will make the towels bleed color somewhat. Also some detergents have bleach in them. Machine Washing Microfiber: Wash in warm or hot water with mild detergent. Do not use fabric softener, it will clog the open spaces in the microfiber that do the cleaning leaving the towel useless. Microfiber tends to grab hold of lint in the wash just like it grabs dirt and dust when you're using it to clean. Be careful of what you wash microfiber with. Avoid washing it with anything made of cotton. Hand Washing Microfiber: Wash in hot water with mild detergent. Rinse thoroughly. Drying Microfiber: Air drying microfiber will make it last the longest. Microfiber dries fairly quickly.
