**Q: How is mounted to the heater when it has no threads to bolt it on?  Old one has threads**
A: My propane heater had the threads in the body….so the thermocouple was attached via a bolt that went into the body.

**Q: Will this work with ace hardware propane 90"tall outside heater?**
A: I know it fits on an outdoor patio heater. Not sure of name brands that they fit.

**Q: Are there installation directions for this item?**
A: No, it didn’t come with any.

**Q: Does this fit any gas patio heater?  Ours is 18yrs old!**
A: It fit mine but it was only about 4 years old.
