The feel of the surface is just right... not too slippery but tacky enough to give it that premium feel. I like the raised lip to protect the screen and camera lenses. The sheer back is transparent to see the "Samsung" logo and is thin to allow for wireless (Qi) charging. Removing the phone from the case takes a bit of work because it is tight fitting... and that is a good thing. As heating occurs, like with any smartphone, I expect the case to remain tight. My prior phone's case made by another company started to loosen after 14 months.
