Sapphire is one of the three hardest materials known, at 9.0 on the Mohs scale, and should not scratch unless by another sapphire or a diamond (Mohs 10.0), or moissanite (Mohs 9.5). I called Cape Cod at (800) 682-4246 but they don't have a product that would polish something as hard as sapphire. Maybe you could try rubbing it out with a diamond polish yourself, but before you do that I would very strongly suggest taking it to a qualified trained jeweler and asking their advice. **Q: Can this be used on Pandora charms & bracelets?** A: To be sure let me know the model. I need to look up the metal. It can be used on any High Polish metal...but usually shy away from White Gold. White Gold is often coated in Rhodium. Using this on a coated metal can remove more of the coating and alter the appearance. If you give me more information on the Pandora, I can give you an opinion. **Q: I have satin finish pewter flatware, will these clean and buff the flatware? It's satin finished not a polished shine -** A: I have not used it on satin finish yet but it sure does a beautiful shine on any silver or gold pieces.
