I am sensitive to casein, and this was recommended, so I thought I would try it (thank you for offering a smaller container to try first ). As soon as I ripped off the protective seal, the fragrant smell of vanilla filled my kitchen, and knew I was going to enjoy this. I added unsweetned coconut milk and organic coconut water with a couple chunks of frozen banana, and I thoroughly enjoyed the taste.
