Even with light use, it broke down just after 10 days of use. I have reached out to customer support for refund or replacement. Waiting for their response here. Update- customer support team has been very prompt and have issued a full refund. Thanks for the prompt service.

**Q: How on earth do you get the ear muff back on when it inevitably comes off? It seems impossible.**
A: When your earmuffs are comes off, you can refer to the video solution. In addition, we have done internal fixation, and generally will not comes off.

**Q: Is it to big for 9 months old baby use it?**
A: I made the purchase for my 10 and 7 year old they seem to fit fine the kids like them I have a 11 month old at home and I would say they would be to big.

**Q: Are these noise canceling?**
A: No, this is not noise canceling headphone. Thanks for your question.

The headphones are nice.. Voice quality is good for kids.. it dosent have bluetooth though it wasnt my requirement. Colour is superb. Its user friendly
