I have tried adding this into both clear and opaque drinks and so far, clearer drinks have the best overall effect. It does take quite a bit of glitter mixed in to have a good sparkle. My camera doesn't show the best quality but the sparkles are very noticeable in person, and it does tinge the drink with the color it's labelled as.
