**Q: can velcro straps be added?**
A: No, there are no designated loops for Velcro straps on these pedals.

**Q: Could be use it in a Trek Marlin 6?**
A: Yes, as long as the thread pattern is the standard 9/16 (i think) you should be good. Ive used this same pair on 2 different mountain bikes from 2 different brands with no issues.

**Q: Does it come with only 1 pedal for 1 side or it comes with 2 pedals for both sides?**
A: It comes with 2 pedals.

**Q: these brand new pedals have big resistance. Does it need to unscrew external screw and put some grease inside to have them working smoothly ?**
A: The peddles may be defective. The peddles I bought worked flawlessly out of the box. I screwed them on the arms using the Allen sockets. They felt good when spun by hand. I rode about 60 miles and they work like new. They are on bearings and don't spin like a top but they have very little resistance.

These are good pedals at a reasonable price. I’ve purchased two pairs for a couple of my bikes. Because they arrive very stiff, I open them up, remove the very sticky grease they use at the factory, and use a much higher quality lube that makes them spin much more freely. I like the look of them and they adequately keep my shoes planted. I deducted one star only because I need to work on them to get them 100%.
