First, it has incredibly low molecular weight, which means I can mix it with my *COLD* vitamin shake in the morning! It seriously dissolves like a dream. Every now and again... very rarely, will I find a small clump of this stuff in my shaker bottle. I'm very impressed! I started taking this supplement because I wanted a boost of protein in my morning shake and because I have a connective tissue disorder which gives me symptoms similar to those of osteoarthritis. (I am only 34.) Anecdotally, I believe this product has reduced the pain in my joints and helped me achieve greater flexibility during my yoga practice. There is no taste to this product and very little texture. It makes things a bit more "silky" but I hardly even notice it. (And that was exactly what I was looking for from a product like this!) My nails seem a lot stronger and healthier (haven't seen white spots on my nails in ages now). My hair looks healthier too. I take one scoop each morning.
