The interior diameter is 11.5 inches. The inside of the cazuela is slightly concave with maximum depth of 2.5 inches and a depth of 2 inches at the edges. It will hold approximately 12 cups of liquid / 96 fl oz. This rustic cazuela dish is ideal for cooking classic Spanish recipes such as fabada stew, and is just as useful for preparing your favorite casserole. How to Cure Your New Cazuela for Cooking: If you are planning on cooking with your cazuela, you will need to soak and cure it using the following directions.
