After hearing from a friend that JFG was the best mayonnaise, my spouse insisted we buy some. I couldn't find it in my local grocery store so was relieved to find it here. The price is nearly 3x retail price but I figured it would be fine as an ad hoc purchase, I mean, how good could it be?Well, to my surprise, this stuff was amazing. It reminded me the mayonnaise my mom would buy when I was a kid. The true test was to make a tomato sandwich, like she used to make. It was perfect. As an adult I began to find tomato sandwiches repulsive, thinking I'd lost a taste for them,. It turned out that the mayo was at fault.Now, we're a JFG household.
