**Q: Why is size chart wrong?**
A: I wear size 9, but ordered 10 because many comments say shoes/slippers run small.  I would have been happy with size 11.  They are comfortable.  They are ugly, but cool.

**Q: Are these pretty minimalistic when it comes to insert/sole/arch support?  I like a pretty flat flip-flop/sandal and not much cushion.**
