Will this set work for that? I couldn’t tell from the description.** A: You need a 1 inch npt die that you will insert into the hand threader, cut your pipe straight, Pipe will only fit in die one way and most important is to use a lubricant for cutting pipe threads, I've used "rapid tap" works great! And you will need a vice to hold your pipe. Short pipe nipples you can purchase because hand threader will thread I believe 6 inch minimum length. Good luck! **Q: Are the sizes stamped or printed on?** A: They are stamped. **Q: Can this set work on brass metal?** A: I would say yes.
