Review: Get what you truly pay for. Good for a start. - These are pretty cheap cost. So expectations were low. These lasted quite well, going 6 days a week for 6 months, These probably saw hard use anywhere from once a week to 3 times a week. They did the job for what I needed. If you're new to movements that require gymnastic grips and aren't sure if you're going to need them alot, try these and use them till they fall apart. Then you'll know exactly what you need out of grippers. Mine still could be used quite a bit but since the layers started to separate, I used this as an opportunity to upgrade. The other pair I got for my friend are still very good condition and we bought them at the same time. I feel these were exactly priced for their worth and I'm not disappointed because I didn't expect excellent quality for a discount budget price.

**Q: My hand is exactly 4.5" - should I get medium or large?**
A: Same here.
I went with the large.
If I were to order these again, I do the same again.

**Q: Can these be used over a pair of outdoor fleece gloves in order to provide traction and grip with the palms?**
A: I would think no. The finger holes are supposed to be snug. I think you'd be better off with gloves that are nonfleece but able to grip, like weightlifting gloves, "mechanics gloves" (Home Depot) or something like driving gloves.

**Q: If my hand is 4.25 what size should I buy? S or M?**
A: 4.25 because it will allow extra fold underneath your fingers

**Q: Are these washable?**
A: I don´t know, i haven´t wash them yet, but I think they are washable

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Keeping my palms from being shredded

I just started flying trapeze and was recommended I get grips like this so my hands don't get blistered while swinging. I tried them at my last two lessons and they did exactly that! They do need to be broken in, but that's expected for anything that's leather. I have small hands - the small size fits perfectly. Update 7/13 - after many many classes, one of them ripped clean off the wrist band. Unfortunate, but I still bought another pair. They are amazing once they are broken in.
