Sin embargo es todo lo contrario, no es pesada, se arma facilmente y es resistente, la recomiendo si eres una persona que cambias de casa constantemente, este producto es ideal. Asimismo te da la oportunidad de adaptarle una cabecera como un entrepié. El costo es accesible versus otras lugares donde vende este tipo de bases. La calidad es excelente. Review: 6 months later still love it! - !!!!!!!Sept 2022 update: -Bought this frame July 2020 and I can honestly say it’s the one of the best purchases we’ve made. It’s still amazing. We’ve moved since buying it, and taking it apart/rebuilding it in the new place was super easy. I have no complaints other than you may want to add foam around the legs if you’re like me (I stub my toe a lot because I have terrible depth perception haha) but that’s not even a downside to the bed that’s just a me problem. A cut up foam noodle solved the issue fine! Also- my dog and cat spend a lot of time under it and it’s never once collapsed on them. Still holding up amazingly over two years later. Still no squeaks, not a sound. One thing I will recommend is getting a carpet for it or putting anti slip rubber things under the legs if you have hardwood, I just personally always recommend that anyways because I’m afraid of scratching the floor (we rent). Again not so much a product issue as a personal preference for precaution! TL;DR…. 2 years later it’s a great frame still. BUY IT! ((Original review:)) We bought this frame 6 months ago and it’s been amazing. I wanted to wait to review it properly. The frame is very tall so if you have a thick mattress you’ll find yourself up high like we do, but it doesn’t bother us. It worried me a bit at first because I was paranoid the frame would break, but after six months I can confidently say it’s very sturdy! Lots of space underneath for storage too, which is great if you live in a small space. The frame is silent, no squeaks or anything. Setup was relatively easy- less than 30 minutes. The frame comes with long sticky strips to adhere your mattress to the frame to prevent the mattress from slipping off. These work really well- almost too well, when we went to rotate our mattress recently it was really stuck on there! We ended up removing the tape and we found the mattress doesn’t really slip anyways, but the tape is really good for extra precautions if you’re worried. Overall this is a great frame for the price. Very sturdy, would recommend.

**Q: Does this bed frame squeak or make noise when you move around a lot?**
A: I have the heavy duty king size frame…. I’m over 300 lbs….. it doesn’t squeak AT ALL.    that being said, I sleep in it alone…. It doesn’t see much “action”….   My mattress is super heavy….. it takes two strong men to move it….   It’s extremely heavy, so that might weigh it down….. but I’ve had mine since 2018 and moved twice…… it’s solid as a rock and doesn’t make a peep !!

**Q: Does this come with brackets for attaching a headboard or do you need to buy those separately?**
A: Honestly, if you buy a standalone headboard you could probably just zip tie it to the frame with no issues. The brackets seem hard to come by.

**Q: The picture shows that you can basically put this inside of a bed to use as a box spring/base... has anyone tried to use it this way? Problems?**
A: We have a queen cast iron bed with headboard, footboard, side rails, and bottom rails for box springs. This 60”x80” platform has recessed legs so we fit it down into the original bed frame without having to make any adjustments. We did not have to attach it to either headboard or footboard (they’re attached to side rails). It is exactly the size of a queen mattress.

La base de la cama es resistente, fácil de armar y no hace ruido. Me gusto que sea ligera pese al tamaño, la double tiene las medidas de una cama matrimonial de México, por lo que pude utilizarla sin problemas. el pedido me llegó antes
