L'approccio alla semeiotica del mondo anglosassone è , a parer mio, molto differente dal nostro: Molto più pragmatico, rapido e in un certo senso, anche superficiale. La semeiotica classica che viene spiegata sui testi tradizionali Italiani è molto bella, ricca e affascinante ma aihmè, spesso è difficile da applicare nella pratica di tutti i giorni. In questo volumetto ci sono le cose essenziali, utili come checklist nel primo approccio al paziente. Ci sono molte foto e immagini esplicative. Avevo sfogliato questo manuale in una libreria ma non l'avevo comprato per via del prezzo alto (circa 40€). Su amazon l'ho trovato a 25€ con spedizione inclusa (Prime) dal Regno Unito! L'ho preso al volo e ne sono contento.
