I definitely recommend these to anyone. Review: Excellent carabiners - Most everything I’ve ever tried from Petzl is quality that you can trust with your life. They’re made very well and are quite light weight. I use these carabiners with my Petzl ZigZag tree device and they fit perfectly, as the ZZ is made to fit Petzl biners. The locking is smooth and intuitive. I’m left handed (I only have my left. Was born right, but I Lost my right to an ied in the military) and they’re not quite as nice as I’m sure they are for a right handed person. But still easy to use. There’s a pin at the bottom of the gate that’s a bit sharp that rubs my thumb web. We have the screw lock in stock. **Q: will this work with a Sterling ATS?** A: I am familiar with the Sterling ATS, but have not tried to use the Petzl with it.
