I bought this item. Yes. The top is also cover with the PVC coated mesh. The green, or at least mine was green in color which was not expected because it gave it a cheap look and feel. Also, it comes with wire that you have to use to sew the mesh onto the frame. If you have a dog or if there are critters around, they can easily break the wire mesh or find a way into the coop. I wrapped another steal mesh, which is stronger then the mesh provided, around the entire coop. I bought the mesh at HomeDepot or a hardware store which stabalized it and made it secure. It’s pretty solid now. The hens are good and laying eggs left and right! **Q: Do I have to buy a fence net seperately?
