It is concentrated, and pending the level of dry skin your dog has, you can adjust the amount of water needed to dilute the conditioner. I use 1 part conditioner to 3-4 parts water. you put it on, leave it on for a little while (I leave it on for ten minutes) then rinse off. Smells great, doesn't irritate my dogs skin, and their fur is silky and smooth and fresh! the price is excellent, and the shipping was fast. I highly recommend this conditioner if you live in an arid climate, or if you dog is prone to dry skin, or eczema.

this is an excellent conditioner for your dogs. It is concentrated, and pending the level of dry skin your dog has, you can adjust the amount of water needed to dilute the conditioner. Would highly recommend this conditioner. As a professional groomer I like to use quality products that give fantastic results and I don't mind spending a bit more if the product delivers. This is not an expensive product however you will get better results by using it liberally.
