**Q: My hot tub was beautiful and sparkling before i used this de-former. now it is all murky and gray and awful!  did anyone else have this experience?**
A: The murky gray maybe a lack of sanitizer.  I use defoamer once week but I also ensure my bromo tabs and oxidizer are at peak levels.

This was my first time using a product from this company. We rarely use our hot tub in the summer so I like to run the jets from time to time to move bromine through it. I had just turned it on and it started to bubble up so I thought that I would try the product out. I really like that the seal has a small hole that you punch out for use. That way it is controlled as to how much product you use. I gave it one squirt and the foam and bubbles dissipated.
