**Q: Is the touch pen include?**
A: I just got one today, may 13 2017, and no pen was included. I'll be asking for a return or a pen. The listing specifically says the pen is included.

**Q: Does the Microsoft Surface Pro 3, come with a keyboard?**
A: No, you can use the screen key board or get a Bluetooth keyboard

**Q: Is the os on this device windows 8.1 pro or just 8.1?  and is the os upgradable for win 10 later on?**
A: My 64gb from seller DealFisher did an upgrade as soon as I started it and afterwards was Windows 10 Pro Anniversary although it stated win 8 in description. (Win10 upgrade is still available for free, too - google it)

**Q: Can ram be increased (to 6gb or 8gb) by owner?**
A: This item cannot be increased in ram.
