Most used knife is hands down chefs knife and followed by a useful paring knife. This set has them both. The handles are well balanced and easy to grip. The knives' spine is slim, allowing for accurate and versatile slicing. Most importantly, it's built with high quality steel giving you long lasting sharp edges for the cook session.
