You set its start date in the spring and its end date in the fall. Connects to local weather on the internet and will delay watering if chance of rain. Sends message to your phone to inform of watering status. Love it. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Must buy *by on Reviewed in the United States 13 September 2026* Super easy install, hardest part was running the wiring to my sprinkler valves. Setup on this controller was effortless. Took less than 5 minutes on my phone, the smart watering feature is amazing. Also being able to use your phone to test your sprinklers while working on them instead of having to go back and forth from the controller is amazing. I did install the orbit rain sensor as well and when I tested it, it wouldn’t stop the sprinklers if they were already on, only prevent them from turning on in the first place. Also it would be nice if orbit offered smart moisture sensors that could be programmed to individual zones. Overall great product. Highly recommend. ## Frequently Bought Together - Orbit 57985 B-hyve XR 8-Zone Smart Indoor/Outdoor Sprinkler Controller - Orbit 57253 3-Valve Heavy Duty Preassembled Manifold - Orbit 53230 Standard Rectangular Sprinkler Valve Box Base --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.hr/products/264976054-57985-b-hyve-xr-8-zone-smart-indoor-outdoor-sprinkler](https://www.desertcart.hr/products/264976054-57985-b-hyve-xr-8-zone-smart-indoor-outdoor-sprinkler) --- *Product available on Desertcart Croatia* *Store origin: HR* *Last updated: 2026-10-15*
