I had purchased another pump with great reviews but when I got it in, it had no option for a garden hose hook up (even though that was listed on Amazon). After much more research I came across this pump. This pump is great. It has a piece for garden house attachment and it’s quiet and strong. I read that it’s taking longer to pump, because it’s attached to a garden hose with very little room to push water. I’m going to try the pump hose eventually and see the difference. That said it was pushing a consistent stream of water through and getting the work done very quietly. Super happy with this choice of pump. Haven’t needed to use their costumer service, yet, but their website looks easy to use.

I ordered this pump as a replacement for my little giant pump with doesn't have a float switch so that I can drain and fill my hot tub without worrying about burning my pump out. Setup was super easy and the pump came with a much longer cord than my little giant meaning I could get the electricity in a much safer spot in case of spills. The float kept the pump protected and I could simply override it to finish pumping out the small remainder. Overall it is an amazing pump for the price and comes with multiple attachment options over the base gardenhose option. I would highly recommend this if you need a sub-pump!

Pump did a pretty good job draining a small backyard pond (6' diameter). It does NOT come with a hose (apparently most of the pumps on Amazon don't), so make sure you order or buy a hose elsewhere or you can't do much with the pump out of the box. Very easy setup, several attachment options for either a garden hose or 1.25" or 1.5" hose and was very simple to get up and running. I purchased a 1.25" x 24' sump pump plastic hose for $15 from Ace and used the attachment that came with that hose instead of the one that came with the pump. The seals on the main attachment didn't seem great, but after I hooked up the separate sump pump hose with its own clamp, it was moving a lot of water quickly with very little noise. I can't speak to the longevity of the pump as I have only used it once, but so far so good.

Worked great

I bought this pump mainly to flush my tankless water heater. I fill up a big bucket with vinegar and place the pump in the bucket and circulate the vinegar through the water heater and back into the bucket. Overall I am very satisfied that the pump does the job exactly as expected. Pros: 1. Comes with a really long power cable so good for outdoor work. 2. Has multiple attachments for connecting various types of hoses. 3. Has a water sensing switch which turns the pump off when the water level goes very low. Cons: None so far

Received this 1/2 HP sump pump on Jan 3, it lasted less than 2 months but just long enough so it cannot be returned to Amazon. I submitted a request.for replacement on manufacture website. I will update this review IF I get a replacement from the manufacturer.

Unless you cut a hose or get there free hose, that should be included, they want your personal information, then, yes it works. I don’t have any idea what they are thinking about the non- standard fittings. A hose won’t even work. It pumps water fine. Goosenest rating; your call, I would look at another pump

Works great! I got this pump to maintain my tankless water heater unit. I filled a big container with clean water and vinegar and used this pump to cycle the solution into my water heater. It worked like a charm. It came with multiple attachments so I was able to easily attach my garden hose. I was afraid I would have to pay high service fees to have someone come and clean, but this pump made my DIY job super easy and affordable. It's wasn't noisy at all and fit perfectly in my large bucket. I would highly recommend.
