A: Although I don’t know anything about dog grooming, I will say that these are the sharpest scissors I’ve ever used.

A: It was Istanbul but now it's Constantinople. Sorry, now it's Istanbul not Constantinople. Been a long time gone.

**Q: Left-handed scissors?**
A: I am another customer, not Amazon or the seller. I purchased this item. It is a very nicely made and fine working scissor. It is not offered in a left hand version. You will need to shop for one that states it is left hand.

**Q: will they rust if kept in a bathroom basket?**
A: I keep them in a drawer, no rust yet

No issues with the scissors nice snd sharp, does what is needed. Unfortunately the case that came with it was flimsy and damaged and the reason I chose this product was because it came with a protective case.
