It smells like most natural soaps I've used, mostly neutral and like butters and oils rather than chemicals (similar to the soaps found at any health food store or homemade soap.) I've been using this on my face when I need a good thorough clean and it leaves my face feeling squeaky-clean but not overly dried out. I always follow up with a moisturizer. I love that it has Himalayan salt in it, I have never tried soap with salt in it but I love it. It arrived in a drawstring cloth bag which is nice to store it in, it helps it dry out without letting it get soft in a soap dish.This soap is a but pricy but the quality is very good.I received this soap at a discount for review purposes.
