    Fantastic Resource - Thorough and Knowledgeable

Very complete in every way. Especially the contributions from Fearon and Levine. Those parts alone are worth the price of this book as they inform the student/reader of legal and reimbursement issues connected to documentation. One very minor quibble regarding the section on EMR and the drawbacks of such. I think the author hits the nail with a fairly strong blow but I would add one important warning and that is that EMR allows the author to lose focus on what is happening. I review PT charts and see many therapist relying on the EMR software to "copy forward" elements of the evaluation without having to directly address them (such as goals, frequency/duration, etc.).Understandably a large portion of the book is taken up with evaluation. But this makes complete sense. If one doesn't get the first part right, the rest is just building on a flimsy foundation.
