Review: Seems like a good product - Having opened a few into water this tastes like it's glycine so that's all I need to say. I just don't see the need for it to be in pill form after all. Might as well get a powder and use it to take the bitter out of iced tea or something. It's good to have several grams of this stuff a day because it improves skin and connective tissue, helps to seal off the lower GI, and...supposedly it help sleep but I notice nothing in that area. I do some bodybuilding and when I reduce carbs and increase glycine my joints feel much better. Another highly important thing glycine does to act as a kind of band-aid on the modern world is it balances out all the methionine we get from eating nothing but muscle tissue, while relatively rarely eating whole animal parts which transfer a lot of nutrients and various amino acids into the dishes we eat. High levels of methionine (resulting from high muscle protein diets) are usually correlated with heart disease, so while you can do low carb and avoid some problems, you'd do well to use glycine if you tend to eat straight muscle meat a lot.

Having opened a few into water this tastes like it's glycine so that's all I need to say. I just don't see the need for it to be in pill form after all. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Helps Sleep!

My husband has trouble staying asleep. Melatonin makes him too groggy and doesn’t always work. A friend who used to have to take multiple prescribed sleeping pills recommended Glycine after his doctor switched him to it. It’s been a game changer! We typically take one pill (1,000mg) each before bed. On nights my husband wakes up in the middle of the night and can’t get back to sleep, he takes another. He’s never groggy the next day. Research says it helps you get the deep sleep faster and stay in deep sleep longer. There are many nights our dreams are so long and detailed it feels like a movie! And there are far more benefits than just sleep. Once we realized the difference it made, I fell down an essential amino acids rabbit hole and all I can say is wow, I’d recommend everyone do the same! Now that we’re taking this supplement plus another that includes all the essentials, we are feeling so much better!
