Bittersweet Pimenton de la Vera (Smoked Paprika) By Mas Portell

This paprika is the best smoked paprika I've tried yet! I use it to make Chipolte' Mayo for burgers and a dipping sauce for fries. But...the price has doubled in the last 6 months. I doubt I will be able to afford it much longer.

Very nice. More depth than the supermarket variety. I've thrown this on eggs, and have used it in cooking biryani and Moroccan lamb.
