This is a great product for anyone with gluten intolerance and other allergies. Only 2 ingredients, rice and water. Can be used like angel hair pasta for Italian dishes, oriental dishes (obviously), and are great in chicken soup. Much better buy than in grocery store, which tend to add cornstarch or other ingredients that people with allergies can be sensitive to . I highly recommend these, but does require storage space, they take up quite a bit of room and very tall. So for people that use them almost constantly like my family, definitely the way to go.
