The top is not sealed well, the saving grace is it is packed in sealed plastic bag. Tried it out for the first time! The spice was very good and tasty. The saffron like taste comes through and the color imparted is bright yellow/golden colored. The taste and Aroma are like I had at a well rated restaurant. My family loved it and that says it all! Except for the packaging I recommend it!
