While purchased for a very small person I tried the cushion and am over 200 lbs. it did compress but was still comfortable and bounced back quickly after getting off it. The removable washable cover is great too. It is offered in a 4 inch thick version also and if purchasing for a heavier person such as myself it might add a bit more padding for longer periods of time being used. The 3 inch however was more than enough for my comfort in the short period I used it. I did however not purchase it for my weight class. I’m not sure how long it will last without losing its firmness or allowing a indentation from use. This is a non expensive option that could easily be replaced should this happen. Any solutions folks?** A: Just go to Home Depot or Menard's, any home improvement store, and buy a roll of non-slip shelf liner and cut it to fit. It looks like a woven material. I use that stuff for so many things. Cut a section of it to use in Kitchen as a jar opener. Put under plates to stop them from sliding, wrap around tools and tape them closed to keep yard and household tools from sliding. All kinds of uses. Ich arbeite 8-10h am Tag beruflich am PC, da drückt einem schon mal der Hintern. Seit ich dieses Kissen benutze, drückt nichts mehr. Es ist superweich und nimmt durch die Dicke von 7cm die Körperlast gut verteilend auf. Die von DMI wissen, worauf es ankommt. Ich möchte es nicht mehr missen und habe mir gerade ein zweites Kissen für einen anderen Arbeitsplatz bestellt. (Zur Info - ich bin 190cm und wiege 100kg). Ich habe schon viele andere Kissen auch in Dicken von 5-7cm ausprobiert, aber keines davon war so geschmeidig wie das von DMI. Kein anderes kann diesem Kissen das Wasser reichen.
