I love it, I use it all the time. Once a switch-thingy on the item came off. I was easily able to pop it back on, and it’s never been a problem again, a king time now. I For a meeting or phone call it’s a bit too loud with clicking noises, (it’s not loud in general for me) but on mute on a zoom call or the phone, it’s great.
