The Golden Rabbit OB11 Enamelware Old Bay Sandwich Plate is an 8.5-inch steel plate coated with durable porcelain enamel, hand-dipped and fired at high temperatures for a non-porous, long-lasting finish. Oven, stovetop, and induction safe, it combines traditional craftsmanship with modern convenience, including dishwasher-safe cleanup. Its unique multicolor Old Bay design makes it both a functional kitchen essential and a stylish conversation piece.

## Description

Golden Rabbit 8.5" old Bay enamelware sandwich plate. This enamelware is made of carbon steel coated with a porcelain enamel and trimmed in stainless steel. There will be variations in the shading of colors and pattern formations which are the results of the hand-dipped process. Golden Rabbit enamelware is created using a traditional handmade production method that has changed very little since the late 18th century. Each piece is hand-dipped and fired at extremely high temperatures causing the steel to Contract and fusing the porcelain enamel to the steel, creating a durable, non-porous surface.
