Overall pretty happy with it. Wish the ice packs held up to the heat a bit better. On a hot day it doesn’t quite last thru 8hr in the car. My other complaint is that it doesn’t have a zipper that allows it to expand if you want to pack extra stuff. My old one did and I didn’t realize that this one was not expandable until I took the tags off and started using it.
