The pen has a removable cap with an atypical clasp. **Q: Is the pen with the label "umr-1" and the pen with the label "um-151" the exact same pen?** A: The pens I purchased carry both labels on them. I am not aware of pens with just one of those two label references. **Q: Do these ship directly from Japan?** A: Yes **Q: Is this fake? Because I have the original one from a japanese store it doesnt have the chinese symbol on the cap.** A: Not sure what you mean by "fake". I've purchased and repurchased these wonderful pens through Amazon and this dealer, no problems. The ink is very dark, so very legible, regardless of the fineness of the ballpoint. It seems to be fast-drying and difficult to smudge, and it writes very smoothly. My only quibble is that there isn't much ink in the pen! If this is your go-to-pen, you'll find you run through the box fairly quickly.
